Guesses and liberties
- Nothing is built yet. Everything in NOTES.md is from watching the original for a few minutes, not from a wiki.
- The title, new-game and character screens, the HUD and the first street were observed; every building interior, job, price, stat effect and the day/night schedule still need observing.
- Cars on the road cost health on contact — seen once, 20/20 to 10/20. Whether that is fixed or scales is unknown.
